Redd Construction & Development, LLC was founded by Thomas R. Redd in 2020. Thomas has been building single-family homes on spec and performing home renovations since 2001.
He comes from an engineering and design background specializing in industrial automation and smart building technology. Thomas applies his technical knowledge through the utilization of architectural design and project management software to ensure that no detail is missed.
Now, he and his team focus on providing the most transparent, highest-quality custom home-building experience in the Tyler, TX, area. The team is very involved in the community and Thomas has served on the Board of Directors and Membership Committee at the Tyler Area Builders Association for over three years and counting.
