What Your Build Process Will Look Like
Planning and Design
During the initial phase, we work with you to design your dream home. If you already know what you want, great. If not, we’ll take the time to figure out exactly what you want.
Rough Structure
We start by building the dirt pad, pouring the slab, and starting the framing. From there, we’ll do the electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work, before finishing the roof and walls.
Finishes and Final Grade
When we’re in the third phase, we cover painting, flooring, countertops, and all the aesthetic portions of your home.
Final Walkthrough and Closing
30 days before completion, we’ll do a final walkthrough with you. After that, you’ll close on the house, sign the papers, and get the keys to your new home.

With our Construction Management software, you’ll have 24/7 access to your client portal so you can keep track of your build in real time at all times.
