We could not be more pleased with our new construction home and the entire building experience. From the very beginning, the team demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail. Communication was outstanding throughout the process—they kept us informed every step of the way, answered every question promptly, and made what could have been a stressful experience both smooth and enjoyable.
What truly set them apart was the genuine relationships they built with us. They treated us with honesty, respect, and kindness, and over the course of the project, they became more than just our builder—they became friends. It is rare to find a company that combines such high-quality workmanship with outstanding customer service and personal care.
We are beyond grateful for our beautiful home and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a builder they can trust. Thank you for making our dream home a reality.

One of the things that really impressed us was the new Design Studio. It’s incredibly well thought out, professionally put together, and makes the selection process so much easier. Being able to see and compare finishes, fixtures, and materials in one place took a lot of the stress and guesswork out of building a custom home. It’s obvious that a great deal of time and care went into creating a space that truly enhances the customer experience.
Communication has been excellent, expectations have been clear, and we’ve always felt like our questions and concerns mattered. Thomas has built a team that takes pride in their work, pays attention to the details, and genuinely cares about delivering a quality home—not just finishing a project.
Every contractor we’ve worked with has been professional, courteous, and committed to doing things the right way. It’s been refreshing to work with people who value craftsmanship, integrity, and customer service.
Building a home can be overwhelming, but Thomas and his team have made the process enjoyable and far less stressful than we ever expected. If you’re looking for a builder who stands behind their work, invests in their clients, and delivers an exceptional experience from start to finish, I highly recommend Thomas Redd and his team. We couldn’t be happier with our experience.
